What a difference a dog makes…

You would think taking a stray dog on board would be a fun and rewarding experience wouldn’t you?

Think again…..

One lady on a Cyprus forum I frequent suddenly received a visit from her local Cyprus policeman informing her a complaint had been made about her recent rescue dog causing a nuisance by barking when she (the owner) was out of the house.

No complaint (as far as we can ascertain) has been made by the neighbours directly to the dog owner.

The lady then asked for assistance on the Cyprus Living forum or advice on what she could do about it and if anyone knew what the local noise regulations are with regards to hours of operation/noise levels etc, etc.

She did get some offers of help and advice but she also received a barrage of most unhelpful comments which are probably enough to put anyone else off the idea of rescuing another waif and stray.
