We’ve often driven past a small church on the left side of the road as we make our way towards Curium beach via Kolossi and Erimi villages on the Limassol/Paphos Old Road.
There’s a small gated entrance from the road side but unfortunately, we’ve never been in a position to stop and take photos. But today was different!
We decided to take a trip to the Buccaneer Pub and try out their Special midweek English Breakfast (served 10am till 2pm) at the bargain price of €2.95 for 2 eggs, 2 bacon, sausage, 2 toast, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms.
It was actually very nice! (I’m not a great cooked breakfast fan and generally, I wouldn’t give it the time of day if it’s served after midday). However, this event was a “date” arranged with friends Helen & Dave on my Wednesday afternoon off, so – breakfast it was!
Anyway, I digress…. the church I refer to, Agios Rafael is almost opposite the Buccaneer so once we’d eaten we walked across the road so I could grab some of those photos I’ve been after for many months.
It’s only a small church but very pretty…. almost too pretty, I think?
