Not quite as good as the first “Puller” book
After reading the first John Puller book I was obliged to hunt down the second in this series.
I wasn’t disappointed but I didn’t enjoy it quite so much as Zero Day (the first book by David Baldacci to introduce his character, Puller).
However, it started out good and there was a story running all the way through it but it wasn’t quite so believable as Zero Day although we’re all fully aware that this kind of stuff goes on but perhaps not on such a grand scale.
I wasn’t so sure about the “twist” near the end and it’s this that turned me against it.
I did like the character and if you’re a fan of Jack Reacher, I’m sure you will enjoy it too.
But my tip would be to read Zero Day first.
