Fylde Coast Musings vs Cyprus Life – in pictures

Originally from a small mill town in Heywood, Lancashire (United Kingdom) we moved overseas at the beginning of March 2004 and spent the next glorious 12 years in Limassol, Cyprus. Sadly, in 2016 we had to return permanently to UK due to family ill health. We now live on the Fylde coast where the river Wyre meets the Irish sea just across from Fleetwood. More places to discover and capture on camera!

One frosty, cold morning, two youngsters create a dog out of snow. They give him two shiny pebbles for his eyes and one for his nose. They also wrap a scarf around his neck. Each and every evening, the two watch him from the window just before they visit sleep. Till 1 evening the Frost King breathes magic into the snow dog and brings him to life. The snow dog runs, plays, and goes on adventures with all the king, but never forgets the kids who created him. Will he stay using the Frost King or return to his children?

A fun fairy tale to read aloud. The text is well-written. The illustrations are stunning and add a lot for the story. Young children who like dogs, fairy tales, and magic will appreciate possessing this book study to them.

More books for children can be found on the blog page of Copper Coyote and books by the same author in paperback and hardback cover are available on Amazon website. Not currently available for Kindle.
