I duly phone my Dad in UK this morning to wish him a happy Father’s Day and to check he received my card sent by the UK part of Moonpig.com – they do some excellent cards and the service is soooo fast! I ordered it on Wednesday evening to be sent on Thursday and Mum said he got it on Friday…
Not bad at £3.49 for the card, a personalised photo and message including postage. It would cost me more than that to buy and send one from Cyprus without any photo included.
We’d made arrangements to meet up at the first taverna at Curium beach at 12.30 for a spot of lunch. Hadn’t quite decided what or where to eat but we decided to stay where we were at the Kourion Taverna where our good friend Marinos works. He used to work at the Aphrodite Club and is a really good guy. He always comes over to say “hello” and shake hands whenever he sees us.
Got some piccies for you here:
After lunch, the rest of the crew had things to “do” so me and Clem decided we would plonk the sunbeds down somewhere and spend a bit of time chilling out.
Clem had a read but I was so mellow I couldn’t even raise Amelia Peabody or Mr. Kindle! I decided to have a snooze then snap off some more photos when nobody was looking….
